The Imperfection and Developmental Tendency of Overseas Leadership Theory

摘要 关于领导理论的研究,国外学者大多把关注的焦点局限于领导者,而忽略了其他一些重要的潜在影响因素,使得各种领导理论之间缺乏良好的衔接性和方向性。本文基于前人研究成果,对长期以来被国外领导学领域主流文献所忽略的领导对象、领导层级、领导情境以及领导的阴暗面这四个尤为重要的因素进行了阐述与分析,并进一步就未来领导学研究领域可能的发展趋向予以简略探讨。 The field of overseas leadership studies usually focuse on the leader, and ignore other important underlying factors. The studies seem to be lack of succession and direction. Based on previous studies, this article analyzes the objective of leadership, the level of leadership, the context of leadership and dark side of leader, which have been overlooked before in the mainstream literatures of leadership, and discusses the developmental tendency of leadership studies in the future.
