本文依据教师专业生涯周期的理论,归纳了高校职业生涯教育辅导员所应发挥的作用,分析了这一群体在不同阶段所面临的专业发展需求,并构筑了相应的生涯发展周期。针对这些需求,提出了职业生涯教育辅导员的专业发展策略。

Based on the teacher career cycle theory,this issue describes career educators＇ role in the university,analyses the professional development demands in different stages and constructs corresponding career development cycle.According to these demands,the paper advances the strategies for career educators＇ professional development.
