摘要
人力资本是影响收入分配的重要因素,教育和健康作为人力资本形成的两条重要途径,二者相互影响,共同作用于收入分配,对收入分配的影响越来越大。
Human capital is an important factor of affecting income distribution. Education and health, as two important ways of human capital formation, interact with each other and influence income distribution together. Moreover, their impact is becoming bigger and bigger to income distribution.
