摘要
试验研究了模拟烟气下影响干排电石渣分解的几种因素。结果表明:气氛对电石渣的分解过程影响较大,当有CO2存在时电石渣先合成为CaCO3再分解为CaO,在纯N2条件下电石渣分两步分解为CaO。电石渣的粒度和升温速率会影响具体分解温度但不改变分解过程。
Some influence factors of the decomposition of dry discharged carbide slag were studied with simulated gas circumstance.The results showed that the gas circumstance was a key factor to influence carbide slag decomposition.In CO2 atmosphere,the CaCO3 was synthesized by carbide slag first and then decomposed as CaO.In N2 atmosphere,the carbide slag decomposed into CaO in two steps.The grain size and heating-rate of carbide slag would influence temperature of decomposition only.
