利用地震建筑垃圾生产水泥熟料的对比研究

摘要 通过对地震建筑垃圾的性能分析,发现建筑垃圾内的矿物已经在水泥的作用下发生了改变,在配制生料进行煅烧时,有利于化学反应的进行。生料的热分析结果表明试验生料与正常生料类似,但分解温度更低,这与X射线衍射分析的结果一致,而熟料的性能和微观相貌分析结果表明,熟料液相丰富,强度较高,易磨性好。试生产的运行结果良好,没有出现不良状况。 The performances of the earthquake ruin materials were analyzed.The mineral of construction waste after earthquake had been changed by the existed cement,and could help to promote chemical reaction during burning process of mixed raw materials.The thermal analysis result of raw materials showed that the test raw materials was similar to the normal raw materials,but the decomposition temperature of test raw materials was lower,the same result could find by means of XRD analysis.The performance and microstructure analysis of the prepared clinker indicated that the liquid phase content of clinker was abundant,the strength of clinker was high,and the grindability of clinker was good.The operation status of trial production had no negative effect.
