赖氨酸对绵羊肝脏和背最长肌中GHR和IGF-Ⅰ基因表达调控的影响 被引量:4

Effects of lysine on GHR and IGF-Ⅰ mRNA expression in liver and longissimus dorsi in sheep

摘要 为了研究赖氨酸对绵羊组织生长的影响,试验选用15只年龄、体重相近的杂交母羊(陶塞特♂×蒙古羊♀)随机分为3组,于基础日粮中分别添加不同水平的赖氨酸(0,4,10 g),采用Real-time PCR方法检测日粮不同赖氨酸水平对绵羊肝脏和背最长肌中GHR和IGF-ⅠmRNA表达的影响。结果表明:日粮赖氨酸水平影响绵羊肝脏和背最长肌中GHR和IGF-Ⅰ基因的表达,随日粮赖氨酸水平的提高肝脏GHR和IGF-ⅠmRNA及背最长肌IGF-ⅠmRNA表达量相应增加;背最长肌中4 g和10 g赖氨酸组GHR基因相对表达量均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),10 g赖氨酸组的GHR基因相对表达量与4 g赖氨酸组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明添加一定量的赖氨酸可以调节绵羊组织的生长发育。 To investigate the effects of lysine on sheep performance,fifteen crossed sheep(Poll Dorest♂×Mongolia sheep♀) with same weight for about one year old and were divided into 3 groups.Sheep in groups A,B and C were fed basal diets supplemented with 0,4 and 10 g lysine,respectively.The expression of GHR and IGF-Ⅰ mRNA in liver and longissimus dorsi muscle were analyzed by Real-time PCR.The results showed that relative expression of GHR and IGF-Ⅰ mRNA in liver and IGF-Ⅰ mRNA in longissimus dorsi muscle increased as dietary levels of lysine in the diet increased.In the longissimus dorsi muscle,relative expression of GHR in B(4 g) and C(10 g) groups was significantly higher than that in group A(0 g)(P0.01),and relative expression of GHR in group B and C had an insignificant difference(P0.05).It concludes concluded that adding a certain quantity of lysine can regulate growth and development of tissue in sheep.
