不同贮藏方法对庐山茶树种子活力影响的比较研究 被引量:10

摘要 提高茶树抗寒能力是发展高山茶园的重要环节,播种繁殖是引种抗寒品种建立高山茶园的有效方法,茶树种子活力是影响茶树种苗质量的关键因素。在室内盒藏、冰箱冷藏和茶园堆藏的条件下,采用"茚三酮溶液显色法"和"TTC定量法"对茶树种子的氨基酸外渗量、脱氢酶活性等因素进行了比较研究,结果表明,茶园堆藏法能够较好地保持茶树的种子活力,出苗率高,幼苗健壮,是高山茶园种苗繁殖的简便易行的方法。 Improving cold-resistant ability of tea plant is an important aspect for developing alpine tea garden.Seed propagation is an effective method to improve cold-resistant of introduced cultivars(varieties),while seed viability is a key factor influencing on the quality of tea plant seedlings.Ninhydrin reaction and TTC quantitative analysis were used to test amino acid permeability and Dehydrogenase Activities under three different storage conditions,at room temperatures,in cooling chamber of refrigerator and stacked with haulm and soil in tea garden.The result showed that the best quality of seed viability and seed germination rate was observed by the method of stacking with haulm and soil,which was a simply method of seedling propagating for alpine tea garden.
