白头翁型中草药添加剂对早期断奶仔猪血清生化指标的影响

Effects of Chinese herbal on the serum bio-chemical traits

本试验研究中草药添加剂对早期断奶仔猪血清生化指标的影响。采用完全随机化设计,选用96头28±2 d断奶的长白×约克夏仔猪,随机分为4个组,分别在基础日粮中添加浓度为0%、0.1%、0.2%和0.4%的中草药添加剂。试验期为21 d。试验结果表明,日粮中添加中草药显著的降低了断奶后7d的血清中肌酸激酶活性(P<0.05)和乳酸脱氢酶含量(P<0.05),提高了血清中碱性磷酸酶活性(P>0.05)。中草药添加剂在断奶仔猪饲料中的最适添加浓度为0.2%。

This study investigated the effects of Chinese herbal additives on the serum bio-chemical traits.In clinical trials,ninety-six crossbred（Landrace×Yorkshire） pigs（28±2） were assigned to 4 groups.Piglets in treatment groups were fed with diets supplemented with 0、0.1%、0.2%、0.4% Chinese herbal additives,respectively.The test lasted 21 days.The experiment showed that dietary supplements of Chinese herbal decreased the activity of serum Creatine kinase（P〈0.05） and Lactate dehydrogenase in the 7th（P〈0.05）,increased the Alkaline phosphatase activity（P〉0.05）.Dietary supplement of 0.2% of Chinese herbal was the best.
