摘要
通过系统阐述浓相正压流态化仓泵气力除灰的机理,分析了目前浓相正压流态化仓泵气力除灰系统设计的现状,揭示了参数计算的不合理性。提出了以气力除灰系统的动力指数最小为优化目标的设计参数计算方法,建立了气力输送管道的临界气流速度Vc、管径Dc和经济灰气输送比μc的计算模型。将计算模型的参数仓泵压力、经济气流速度与试验结果对比及分析,表明计算模型是可靠、合理和有效的,对燃煤电厂气力除灰系统的优化设计与管理有重要参考。
The ash removal mechanism of dense-phase pneumatic pump conveying was expounded completely and the situation of the design was analyzed. The irrational design parameters selection of ash conveyor system with a fluidized pump was revealed. Based on the power index minimization of pneumatic ash removal system, the parameters computational method was proposed. The computational model of critical flow velocity Vc, diameter of conveying pipe D~. and economic gas-ash transmission ratio/xc was constructed. The comparison of the computational sump pumps pressure, the computational economic gas flow velocity and test results was analyzed. The results show that the computational model is reliable, reasonable and effective. It has an important reference for the design and management of pneumatic ash removal system in coal-fired power plant.
