摘要
结合我国新型农村合作医疗制度的特殊性和开展评价工作的实际需要,借助于文献阅读和专家咨询法,构建了新型农村合作医疗评价指标体系,并运用TOPSIS法和RSR法相结合的方法对江苏省13个地级市的62个县(市、区)进行了实证研究,找出存在的问题,分析原因,进而提出了对策建议。
Based on the combination of the particularity of the system and the needs of the practice work, using literature reading and expert consultation, the paper constructs the index system of the new rural cooperative medical system evaluation. Then the index system has been applied in an empirical evaluation of the 62 counties in 13 cities in Jiangsu Province. Through empirical study, in which TOPSIS and RSR are used, we point out the existing problems, find the reasons and give several suggestions.
