荆州市晚血救治定点医院投入产出效率分析

Input-output Efficiency of Designated Hospitals of Advanced Schistosomiasis in Jingzhou

目的:探讨荆州市晚血救治定点医院资源投入产出效率,为荆州市进一步合理规划配置晚血定点医院资源提供科学依据。方法:共收集8家晚血救治定点医院2008年的投入产出资料,运用数据包络分析方法获得晚血救治定点医院资源利用的总体效率、纯技术效率和规模效率。结果:2008年荆州市晚血救治定点医院的数据包络分析的分析结果显示,总体有效医院3家,非总体有效医院5家;技术有效医院5家;规模有效医院3家,5家非规模有效医院中规模报酬递增4家,规模报酬递减1家。结论:荆州市晚血救治医疗资源利用效率较高,但仍有较大的提升空间,应根据各医院具体量化改进意见完善对晚血患者实施救治的资源管理。

Objective： To probe into resource input-output efficiency of designated hospitals of advanced schistosomiasis and to offer scientific evidence for in-depth rational planning and allocation of hospital resources in Jingzhou. Methods： The input-output data of 8 designated hospitals of advanced schistosomiasis of 2008 were collected, and were analyzed by the method of data envelopment analysis to obtain general efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency. Results： The DEA results of data in 2008 suggested that there were 3 comprehensive effective hospitals, 5 incompletely effective hospitals; 4 technique effective hospitals; four scale effective hospitals; 5 incomplete scale-effective hospitals, among which 4 enjoyed increasing efficiency with scale, and 1 enjoyed decreasing effi- ciency. Conclusions： The analysis results showed that the resources utilization level of 8 designated hospitals of advanced in Jingzhou is relatively high, but it still needs improving and it should improve the management according to the comments of quantitative improvement.
