伤风止咳糖浆中两组分的离子对高效液相色谱测定

DETERMINATION OF TWO COMPONENTS IN SHANGFENG ZHIKE SYRUPS BY IP HPLC

用离子对色谱法同时测定伤风止咳糖浆中盐酸异丙嗪、愈创木酚磺酸钾两组分的含量。采用ＹＷＧ－Ｃ１８柱，以甲醇－水（６５∶３５，含１．５ ｍ ｍ ｏｌ／Ｌ溴化十六烷基三甲基铵）为流动相，于２５４ ｎｍ处测定，两组分回收率分别为：９９．７８％ 、１００．２２％ ；ＲＳＤ 分别为１．３８％ 、０．４０％ 。

A method for the quantitative determination of promethazine hydrochloride and potassium guaiacolsulfonate in Shangfeng Zhike syrups was based on IP HPLC with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as the counter ions. The chromatographic conditions were: using a YWG C 18 column, with MeOH H 2O (65∶35, containing 1.5mmol/L cetyl trimethylammonium bromide) as mobile phase, flow rate: 1.0ml/min, column temperature:30°C, detected at 254 nm. This method is simple and convenient. The average recoveries of promethazine hydrochloride and potassium guaiacolsulfonate were 99.78% (n=5,RSD= 1.38%), 100.22%(n=5,RSD=0.40%) respectively.
