辨证分型治疗高脂血症102例观察

Observation on Hyperlipemia (102 cases) Treated with Diagnosis and Treatment Based on Overall Analysis

高脂血症患者２０２例，采用随机、双盲对照法分为中药治疗组１０２例，藻酸双酯钠治疗对照组 １００例。治疗结果治疗组及对照组调脂总有效率分别为７５％、５２％，两组间疗效对比有非常显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示中药调脂有效，且优于藻酸双酯钠。

There 202 cases of hyper- lipemia in double blind method were randormly divided into two groups, one of which (102 cases ) was treated with Chinese herbs, while a nother (100 cases ) with polysacchride sulfate as contract. The result showed the tolal effec- tive rate in regulating blood-fat was 75% and 52% respectively. The comparision between two groups was significant difference (P<0. 1). It is suggested that the regulating blood- fat effect of Chinese herbs is better than that of polysacchride sulfate.
