摘要
自拟黄芪愈肝汤随证加减治疗慢性乙型肝炎１００例，结果临床治愈率８１．０％，总有效率７４．７％，乙肝病毒复制指标ＨＢｅＡｇ，ＨＢＶ—ＤＮＡ阴转率分别为８３．９％和７４．７％，停药半年后复发率１９．０％。提示黄芪愈肝汤能提高慢性乙型肝炎急者的机体免疫力，从而抑制ＨＢＶ的复制，使肝脏功能恢复正常。
Self-Astragelus Decoction for Curing Hepatitis has been applied to treat 100 cases of chroni- cal hepatitis B. The result showed that the cured rate is 81. 0%, the total effective 74. 7% and the recurrence 19. 0%. It is suggested that this decoction has an effect of improving immunocompetence and inhibiting HBV replication.
