摘要 为了在复杂产品开发过程中快速响应客户个性化定制需求,提出了集成多领域协同配置与性能仿真的产品快速设计方法。该方法以集成多领域知识的产品族模型进行配置推理,快速生成产品方案,并自动映射构建基于Modelica语言的多领域仿真模型,实现基于仿真的配置产品性能预测。研究了基于特性参数和约束的多领域知识表示方法,将多领域知识融入到产品族模型中,描述了配置推理和性能仿真过程。最后以机械手产品族开发为例验证了该方法的可行性。 In order to quickly respond to customer requirements in complex product development,a rapid design method based on the integration of multidisciplinary collaborative configuration and performance simulation was proposed.In the presented method,product scheme was generated rapidly by configuration reasoning based on product family model integrated multi-domain knowledge,and the product performance prediction was achieved by simulation of Modelica language based multi-domain simulation model that was established automatically by mapping transform.The multi-domain knowledge expressed by characteristic parameters and constraints was fused into the product family model,and the process of configuration reasoning and performance simulation were presented.Finally,the feasibility of the method was verified on a developed manipulator family.
