摘要
研究了纳滤膜处理百草枯生产废水的影响因素,并对影响膜分离性能的因素进行分析。结果表明,当系统操作压力为0.35 MPa、pH为7~9、COD为700~1 000 mg·L-1、氨氮质量浓度1 800~2 300 mg·L-1、温度为25~30℃时,处理效果明显,氨氮的去除率达到37%,COD去除率达到72%,透过液中的氨氮可望进一步分离利用。
We studied the influential factors of the NF system and analyzed the factors of membrane separation in the present. The results showed that ammonia nitrogen removal rate is 37%, COD removal rate reached 72% when the operating pressure was 0.35 MPa, pH is 7 -9, the concentration of COD is 700- 1 000 mg·L^-1, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen is 1 800-2 300 mg·L^-1, T = 25-30℃, ammonia nitrogen in the dialysate was expected to be separated and used in the further separation.
