摘要
港航专业双语教学师资匮乏问题长期存在。本文针对浙江海洋学院双语教学师资问题作了较为深入的调查研究,并提出切实可行的解决途径,包括引进英语素质好的港航人才、综合培养港航教师、应急过渡时期双语师资的解决方法、建立港航专业双语教师的激励机制等,并指出了这些方法各自的特点和利弊。
Lacking professional bilingual teachers has been a lasting problem in Port and Shipping.This article makes an in-depth survey about the situation of bilingual teachers in Zhejiang Ocean University,and then proposes some feasible solutions,including introducing qualified English teachers,comprehensively training teachers,finding solutions to meet the needs of bilingual teachers in transition period,and establishing motivation system for bilingual teachers majoring in port and channel.Meanwhile,this paper has illustrated the characteristics,advantages,and disadvantages of each solution.
