CpG ODN1826增强树突状细胞抗胃癌效应研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年研究结果显示,含有非甲基化的CpG基序具有强大的免疫激活作用。前期研究表明,CpGODN可增强树突状细胞(DC)对胃癌细胞株MKN45的杀伤作用。本研究旨存观察CpGODN诱导DC的抗胃癌效应。
