摘要
物理共混聚乙烯醇(PVA)、海藻酸钠(AL)及抗菌剂,与甲醛进行缩醛化反应制备海藻酸钠/聚乙烯醇海绵。红外光谱、X-衍射图谱和扫描电镜确认了海绵的缩醛化反应行为及内部连通的孔隙形貌。力学性能测试结果表明,当海藻酸钠含量为30%时,复合海绵的力学性能可达最优值,即拉伸强度为0.24 MPa,断裂伸长率为428.04%。吸水率结果表明,当海藻酸钠含量为20%时,海绵的吸水率达到最优值2 559.27%。抑菌圈测试表明,控制抗菌剂的加入量可以得到抑菌效果良好的抑菌海绵。
Based on polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and alginate,antibacterial foams were prepared by adding antimicrobials into acetalization process.IR and XRD demonstrated the existence of acetalization process.SEM indicated interconnected and open-cell structures of the PVA/alginate foams with large pore size and high porosities.The properties tests show that the best value of water absorption was obtained when alginate content was 20%.The largest tensile strength and breaking elongation of the blend foams were 0.24 MPa and 428.04% when alginate content was 30%.The foams containing higher nano-silver dispersion showed effective antimicrobial activity.
