X射线混凝土CT图像处理方法分析研究

Analysis and Research of Concrete Image Processing Methods Based on X-ray CT

利用最新研制加载设备结合医用CT采集了单轴静压作用下的混凝土CT纵断面图像。对常用的图像边缘提取方法和图像差值方法在混凝土CT图像处理上的应用进行了分析,发现常用方法处理结果受混凝土CT图像分辨率影响较大。基于此,提出一种基于模拟退火算法的改进Metropolis算法对混凝土CT图像进行分割并分析了裂纹在混凝土纵断面破损演化的过程。结果表明,采用的算法可以有效地对混凝土CT图像进行分割,有助于混凝土细观破裂研究。

With the combination of the newly-developed devices and medical CT technology,CT vertical section images are formed under uniaxial pressure.This paper analyzes the process of CT images by two ways： method of edge pick up and method of different image.It is found that image resolution was affected by the processing result of concrete CT image.So the author offers a modified version of the metropolis dynamics（MMD） simulated annealing arithmetic to evaluate the fracture in concrete vertical setion.According to the experimental results,the method in this paper can do better in the image segmentation and help the further research on concrete meso-structure.
