摘要
进入21世纪以来,我国工程勘察设计企业在国内市场竞争白热化的情况下,为了顺应国际化的潮流,正积极实施国际化战略,但就目前推行的情况来看,我国工程勘察设计企业的国际化尚处于摸索阶段,多数企业尚未建立比较完整的国际化战略体系。基于此,作者在对工程勘察设计企业国际化理论探讨和战略分析的基础上,构建了以"主营业务(B)整合、业务流程(P)再造、服务(S)网络重组、核心管理(M)系统构架"为核心内容的BPSM战略模型,并用"航母"战略和"基地"战略对BPSM战略模型进行了适用性和有效性验证。
In the 21st century,the engineering survey and design enterprise,which is under intense competition in the domestic market,for conforming to the trend of internationalization,is actively implementing the strategy of internationalization.However,concerning the present situation of the implementation,the internationalization of the engineering survey and design enterprise is still at the exploratory stage,a lot of enterprises have not yet established a relatively complete system of international strategy.Based on this,on the basis of the theories of internationalization and strategic analysis of the engineering survey and design enterprise,this paper constructs the BPSM strategic model which is composed of "main business(B) integration,business process(P) recycling,services(S) network restructuring,the core management(M) system architecture" as core content,and uses "carrier" strategy and "base" strategy to prove the applicability and validity of the BPSM strategic model.
