摘要
在某些工厂的热轧生产中,经常出现机架辊断辊事故,严重影响正常生产。本文没有局限于传统的机架辊仅作刚度设计的思路,而是基于热力耦合有限元法,对某热轧厂生产过程中由于板坯中温度的不均匀分布而导致的板头下叩时的冲击力及轧机抛出力对机架辊的影响进行了仿真分析,发现轧制过程导致的机架辊受力过大而导致机架辊表面磨损是其寿命较短的主要原因。并基于此结果改进了相应制造工艺,使机架辊寿命获得了较大提升。
The rack roller is broken usually in hot rolling in some factory.This paper goes beyond the designing ideas in view of the stiffness of the rack roller.The effect of head′s assaulting power and throwing power from rolling to rack roller is modeled when the plate blow down for the asymmetrical distribution of temperature.It is founded the excessive assaulting from the asymmetrical rolling is the key reason for rack roller′s short online time based on the modeling result of thermal-mechanic coupling FEM.The life of rack roller is lengthened significantly longer with a new manufacturing process according to the modeling.
