摘要
在ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立了炉底机械滚轮接触的三维几何模型,并采用弹塑性理论、网格自适应加密技术及显示求解的方法,对炉底机械的滚轮和轨道进行了弹塑性接触应力有限元分析,得到了大量的轮轨接触力、接触状态和轮轨应力的数据,为步进梁式加热炉炉底机械的优化设计提供理论依据。
A 3D finite element contact model between wheel and rail of hearth mechanism is constructed in ABAQUS.The wheel/rail 3D elastic-plastic contact problem is analyzed by using the plastoelastic theory,using of mesh-encryption and the method of ABAQUS/Explicit.Results,such as the wheel/rail contact force,applicating status and wheel/rail stress distribution,are obtained,and provide theoretical evidence for optimization of hearth mechanism in walking beam furnace.
