摘要
根据CAD二维设计图,在INVENTER中建板坯连铸机弯曲段的三维实体几何模型,再将该几何模型导入有限元分析软件ABAQUS中完成有限元建模,在此基础上完成弯曲段有限元分析。分别计算和比较了原始设计方案和四种优化方案下弯曲段的位移和应力,计算结果为板坯连铸机弯曲段的设计提供了依据和参考。
According to the two-dimensional designs in AutoCAD,a three-dimensional geometric model of the bending section of slab caster has been developed by INVENTER,and then it has been imported into the ABAQUS FEA software.Finally,the finite element analysis of the bending section is completed on the basis of the finite element model which has been set up in ABAQUS software.The displacement and stress in the bending section of the original schemes and four optimization schemes have been computed and compared,which provides some useful guidance for the design of the bending section of slab caster.
