流动注射-化学发光分子印迹技术测定敌百虫 被引量:2

Determination of trichlorfon based on flow injection-chemiluminescence molecularly imprinted technique

摘要 采用分子印迹技术,以甲基丙烯酸为聚合物基体,敌百虫为模板分子,制备在空间结构和结合位点上与敌百虫匹配的分子印迹聚合物,采用扫描电镜进行形貌的表征。研究该聚合物的结合特性,测定分子印迹聚合物对敌百虫的吸附和选择识别能力,将分子印迹聚合物制备成柱,利用KMnO4、HCl化学发光体系,建立了测定敌百虫的高选择性分子印迹化学发光分析方法.所建方法的线性范围为1.0×10-7~7.0×10-5 g/mL,线性回归方程为I=425ρ(10-7 g/mL)+356,相关系数为0.9913,相对标准偏差为3.1%,方法的检出限为2.8×10-8 g/mL。 Using methylacrylic acid as a polymer matrix,trichlorfon as a template molecule,we prepared trichlorfon molecularly imprinted polymers(Tri-MIPs) that match up with template molecules in space structure and the binding sites by molecularly imprinting technique.The surface features of the polymers were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy.The synthesis of the Tri-MIPs,including the binding character,as well as the absorption and recognition ability was investigated.The column was packed with molecularly imprinted polymer.The chemiluminescence system was established for the determination of trichlorfon based on KMnO4 and HCl.The linear range of proposed method is 1.0 ×10-7 ~7.0 ×10-5 g/mL,the regression equation is I=425c(×10-7 g/mL)+356 and the correlation coefficient is 0.9913.The relative standard deviation is 3.1%.The detection limit,calculated following the 3σ IUPAC criteria,is 2.8 ×10-8 g/mL.
