3种氯虫苯甲酰胺剂型理化性能测试及对小菜蛾活性评价 被引量:11

Physical and Chemical Properties of 3 Chlorantraniliprole Preparations and Their Bioactivity to Plutella xylostella L.

摘要 [目的]为丰富氯虫苯甲酰胺剂型种类,配制了EC、ME和SC三种剂型,测定了理化性能、生物活性和耐雨水冲刷性能。[方法]理化性能表面张力、黏着力、渗透力和润湿性分别采用圆环拉起液膜法(GB/T 22237—2008)、叶片湿润法、帆布浸没法和帆布沉降法进行测定;生物活性采用叶碟法测定;耐雨水冲刷性能采用人工模拟降雨法测定。[结果]配制的EC表面张力、渗透力和润湿性能优于配制的ME和SC,表现为表面张力值最小(EC为29.18 mN/m,而ME和SC分别为32.05、32.78 mN/m),渗透时间和润湿时间最短(EC分别为632、627 s、ME均>3 600 s、SC均>3 600 s),但3种剂型黏着力均为优;生物活性测定结果表明配制的ME对小菜蛾3龄幼虫活性最高(LC50值为0.02 mg/L),优于配制的SC和EC(LC50值分别为0.08、0.09 mg/L);耐雨水性能测试表明3种剂型的耐雨水冲刷性能较佳,施药后2、4、8、12 h如遇大到暴雨冲刷,药效下降在0.05水平差异不显著。[结论]配制的氯虫苯甲酰胺ME杀虫活性高,耐雨水性能佳,黏着力优,表现出良好的应用前景,建议进一步改进加工方法,优化配方。 [Aims]For the purpose of enriching chlorantraniliprole formulation types,three types of formulation,emulsifiable concentrates(EC),microemulsion(ME)and suspension agent(SC),were prepared in this study,and physical and chemical properties,bioassay test and water-fast test were also carried out.[Methods]The physical and chemical properties,surface tension,adhesive force,permeation and wettability,were determined by the methods of gB/T 22237-2008,moisturize leaves,canvas immersion and canvas sedimentation,respectively;leaf disc dip bioassay was used in the present study;water-fast test was determined by simulated rainfall examination.[Results]The properties of the surface tension,penetration and wettability of ec prepared were better than me and sc:the value of the surface tension of ec was minimum(ec was 29.18 mN/m,while me and sc was 32.05,32.78 mN/m,respectively);and the time of penetration and wettability of ec was shortest(632 and 627 s,respectively,while me and sc were3 600 s);but adhesive force of three formulations were excellent.The bioassay test showed that me prepared had the highest activity to diamondback moth(lc50 was 0.02 mg/l),while lc50 of sc and ec preparations were 0.08 and 0.09 mg/l,respectively.Water-fast test results showed that three types had preferable water-fast property,their control efficiency showed no significant difference between them at 0.05 level if washed out by heavy rain at 2,4,8 and 12 h after treatment.[Conclusions]me prepared had advantages of high activity to diamondback moth,excellent water-fast and good adhesive force,displaying a good application prospect,so it is suggested to improve processing method and optimize formula.
