摘要
[目的]建立高效液相色谱法分析10%啶虫脒·哒螨灵水乳剂。[方法]使用C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以甲醇-水作流动相,用外标法对有效成分进行分析和定量。[结果]在检测质量浓度0.04～2.0 mg/L下该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.9947、0.9950,啶虫脒和哒螨灵标准偏差分别为0.0179、0.0236,变异系数分别为0.80%、1.05%,平均回收率分别为99.81%、100.60%。[结论]该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,适用于产品质量的检测分析。
[Aims]To establish hPlc method for the analysis of acetamiprid and pyridaben 10%eW.[Methods]c18 column reversed-phase and UV-absobance detector were used,and methnol-water was used as the mobilephase,and quantitative analysis of effective ingredients was carried out using external standard method.[Results]The results demonstrated that the linearity correlation coefficients were 0.9947,0.9950 in the range of 0.04-2.0 mg/L,the standard deviations were 0.0179,0.0236,the variation coefficients were 0.80,1.05%,the average recoveries were 99.81,100.60% respectively.[Conclusions]This method was simple,rapid,accurate with high sensitivity and good repeatability,and suitable for the analysis of acetamiprid and pyridaben 10%eW.
