摘要
[目的]建立了一种用高效液相色谱测定粉唑醇的定量分析方法。[方法]采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(体积比为60∶40)为流动相,流量为1.0 mL/min,柱温为25℃,选择220 nm为检测波长进行检测。[结果]方法的线性相关系数0.999 7,标准偏差为0.28,平均回收率为99.60%。[结论]该方法简便、快速、能进行准确定量分析,结果稳定。
[Aims] A HPLC method was developed for the quantitative determination of flutriafol.[Methods] The mobile phase was a 60:40 mixture of methanol and water,flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and a C18 chromatographic column was used with column temperature at 25 °c and the detection wave length was 220 nm.[Results] The linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 7,the standard deviation was 0.28,and the average recovery was 99.60%.[Conclusions] The method has the advantages of convenience,fast speed,accurate quantitative analysis,and the results are stable.
