大吨位预制箱梁因其体积大、重量大,而使得吊、运、架难度大,施工质量和安全也难以保证。该文结合哈大客运专线900t箱梁成功架设经验,详细介绍了混凝土简支箱梁吊装、运输、架设过程中采用"四点受力三点平衡"、"对位、落梁"、"平面、高程控制"以及"支座灌浆"等关键工序质量控制措施,为同类工程提供有益的参考。
The large-tonnage prefabricated box girder is difficult to hoist, transport and erect because of its large volume and heavy weight, and its construction quality and safety are also difficult to guarantee. Combined with the successful erecting experience of 900-t box girder for Hada Passenger Transport Special Railway Line, the article introduces in detail the quality control measures of the key working procedures of 'four-pint stress three-point balance', 'contraposition, beam lowering', 'plane, elevation control', and 'support grouting' used in the course of hoisting, transporting and erecting concrete simple-supported box girder, which can be benefited and referred for the similar projects.
