摘要 对加拿大ICT创新网络的构成要素和节点进行分析,将网络的演化过程归纳为萌芽、发展、组建和成熟更新阶段。加拿大ICT创新网络具有开放性、动态性、根植性、互动性和资源互补性等特点。 The elements and nodes of ICT innovative networks are analyzed. The development of an ICT innovative network in Canada covers four stages： budding, growing, establishing and maturing. The ICT innovative networks in Canada take the characteristics of openness, dynamic, embeddedness, interaction and complementariness of resources.
