摘要
科技进步是经济社会快速持续发展的决定因素,对区域经济实力的提高、社会经济结构的优化有着巨大影响。根据《2009全国科技进步统计监测报告》显示,甘肃省综合科技进步水平位居全国第22位,科技进步增幅位于全国第8位。但与全国相比,甘肃省科技进步落后于全国平均水平,需要在政府投入、企业创新、转变经济发展方式等方面进一步加大力度。
S＆T progress is the determinant for rapid and sustained development of economic society, and has an enormous impact on regional economic strength and socio - economic structure optimization. The ＂ 2009 National S＆T Progress Monitoring Report＂ shows that integrated S＆T level in Gansu province ranked 22nd, the increasing range of the S＆T progress ranked 8th. However, compared with the national statistics, S＆T progress in Gansu Province is behind the national average level. Therefore, government investment, business innovation, transformation of economic development etc. are to be further intensified.
