摘要
应用实证研究方法,通过对326份知识员工的调查问卷进行分析,探究正式控制和组织支持感对显性和隐性知识共享的影响。研究结果显示,正式控制对显性知识共享的正向影响强于其对隐性知识共享的影响;组织支持感对隐性知识共享的正向影响强于其对显性知识共享的影响。此外,正式控制和组织支持感对知识共享的联合影响强于这两个变量对知识共享的单独影响。研究结果表明有效的知识共享是多因素综合作用结果。
Empirical research is used in this paper to test the impact of formal control and perceived organizational support on explicit and tacit knowledge sharing. The hypothesis is examined based on 326 valid questionnaires. The results show that formal control has more positive impact on explicit knowledge sharing than on tacit knowledge sharing; perceived organ- izational support has more positive impact on tacit knowledge sharing than on the explicit. Further, the research results show that the compositive impact of formal control and perceived organizational support is more than the impact of one of them alone. It suggests that effective knowledge sharing comes from compositive impact of multi - factors.
