摘要
以资源理论为基础,结合企业能力理论,基于联盟背景、企业核心能力、信任控制机制、联盟伙伴四个维度建立联盟决策评价指标体系。同时,基于指标体系运用网络分析法(ANP)构建能力型软件外包联盟决策模型,并结合实例运用超级决策软件验证模型。
Based on the resource- based view and enterprise competence theory, this paper proposed the evaluation index syslem of capability - oriented software outsourcing alliance construction, including four dimensions： the allied background, core competence of corporations, confidence control mechanisms, and alliance partners. Meanwhile, the paper adopted the Analytic Network Process （ANP） as the assessment method, as well as applied the Super Decisions （SD） software to test the validity and practicability of the evaluation model by an actual example.
