摘要
中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,而信息化是中小企业生存发展和提高竞争力的重要环节。论文分析我国中小企业信息化的现状和制约因素,在总结美国、欧盟、日本和韩国等发达国家成功经验基础上,对我国中小企业信息化社会服务体系的建设提出有益的建议。
Small and medium enterprises （SMEs） have been identified as an important contributor to the economic and industrial development in China. Informatization is important to improve competitiveness for Chinese SMEs. The paper analyzes the characteristics and main difficulties in the process of Chinese SMEs informatization. Following that, the author sum- marizes the development experiences of socialized service systems for SMEs informatization from America, EU, Japan and Korea. Based on these analyses, the author has made several suggestions and recommendations to develop socialized service systems for SMEs informatization in China.
