This paper describes the situation of examining nitrogen in nitrate by the enviroment monitoring station of Sichuan Petroleum Administration combined with the monitoring stations in each field be-longed to China National Oil and Gas Corporation, emphatically introduces the organization, practice and evaluation program of this examination and summarizes the reasonability of each evaluation exam-ined and the probability distribution of the examined results.
