The informed consent right is a basic right of patients,while medical decision right also is a basic right of doctor.If the conflict arising between patient＇s own decision and doctor＇s decision right,adverse effect in treatment will be occurred.It is important to smooth this conflict for building harmonious hospital patient relationship.Conception and its limitation on informed consent right and medical decision right are discussed and countermeasures of resolution the conflict are mentioned.
