摘要
选取了某大学三所附属医院作为医院管理情况的研究样本,依据社会科学研究方法,制定的调查问卷涉及8个区分维度46个条目,先在三所地级市综合医院进行预测调研,根据研究需要,向部分医学院校的专业教师咨询,对问卷进行了调整和修善。通过项目分析、因子分析、信效度检验和回归分析检验制定出相对合适的医院员工管理满意度量表。
The research selects three affiliated hospitals of the Southern Medical University as the study sample.According to methods of social science research,developed the questionnaire involving 46 entries in eight dimensions distinguish,forecast research firstly in three cities at prefectural level general hospitals.Then,the questionnaire was restructured and rehabilitated by consulting a number of professional teachers of the medical schools for research needs.Through the project statistical analysis,factor analysis,validity and reliability tests and regression analysis to develop a relatively appropriate management of the hospital staff satisfaction scale.
