摘要
分析了现阶段医院行政管理人员现状及存在的问题:管理经验少、行政人员个人因素、部门职责交叉重叠、部门之间协调机制运转不畅、行政管理流程不合理以及人力资源管理滞后。在此基础上,提出了提高医院行政管理人员的综合素质、完善医院内部协调机制,增进部门之间的沟通协作、有效消除管理职责的"真空"地带、优化医院行政管理流程、加快推进医院人事制度改革,培养医院管理职业人团队等具体对策。
Status and problems such as poor management experienee, personal factors, overlap of functions, mismatch of coordination, irrational administration process and underdeveloped human resources management in hospital administration department and staff were discussed. Suggestions sueh as improve hospital administration staff' s capacity, promoting internal coordination mechanism, effectively eliminate vacuum zone of adminislration function, optimize administration process, developing personnel system refm'm and training professional management group were mentioned.
