神经内科病区开展“优质护理服务示范工程”的措施与收获

Measures and achievement of "high quality nursing service project" in the ward of Neurology department

目的:在神经内科病区开展优质护理服务示范工程。方法:根据"优质护理服务示范工程"要求,进行基础护理服务项目及创建优质护理服务优质病区的文件和指示精神的学习;同时进行神经内科专科疾病病情观察、主要诊断、症状以及治疗护理,专科用药的观察以及作用、副作用的观察处理和护患沟通的能力及艺术的培训。结果:患者满意度提高,护士职业成就感与自豪感增加。结论:提高全员对"优质护理服务示范工程"的认识,进行神经内科能力的培训是活动的前提,更新服务理念、准确把握活动实质是优质护理服务的关键,人性化、专业化、科学化的护理服务是优质护理服务的重要内涵。

Objectives： To develop the project of high quality nursing service in the ward of Neurology department. Methods： Studies the pohcy which requires ＂high quality nursing service project＂ , innovates basic nursing program and creates high quality nursing ward section and develops disease observation, main diagnosis, treatment, nursing, drug use and nurse patient communication in Neurology department. Results： patient＇ s satisfaction rate is higher and professional＇ s career sense is also higher. Conclusions： Deepening the understanding of ＂high quality nursing service project＂ and improving professional skill training in Neurology are the preeonditions for developing the projeet. Updating service conception and accurate grasping core content of the project are key conditions for providing high quality service. Humanistic service and scientific nursing are the important contents of providing high quality nursing.
