摘要
随着医师多点执业政策的试行和逐步规范,给公立医院人力资源管理提出了新课题,医院人才队伍建设面临新的机遇和挑战。研究分析了医师多点执业政策对医院人才队伍建设带来的影响,提出了相应的措施和规范,以保持医院人才队伍建设和各项事业可持续发展。
With the practice and standardization of doctor multi-sited licensed, human resources management in public hospital faces new environment, and the talent team building also confronts new chances and challenges. This paper analyzes the imquences of doctor multi-sited licensed on talent team building in public hospital, and puts forward some suggestions, in order to provide supports for hospital' s sustainable development.
