基于模糊控制的感应电机直接转矩控制仿真研究

摘要 电机控制的关键是控制电机的转矩。继矢量控制后提出的直接转矩控制,直接着眼于对感应电动机瞬时力矩的控制,避免了矢量控制中转子磁链难于准确观测、系统特性受电动机参数的影响较大,使得实际的控制效果难于达到理论分析的结果。在通常的直接转矩控制系统中,磁链误差和转矩误差被直接用于开关状态选择,而引入模糊逻辑后,通过区分磁链误差和转矩误差的大小做不同的决策来优化开关状态选择,从而有效地改善系统的动态和稳态性能。给出了模糊控制器的设计,并通过仿真试验验证了该设计的有效性,将模糊控制技术用于异步电动机直接转矩控制系统能提高系统的静动态性能,减小了系统的电流和转矩脉动。 The key of motor control is to control motor's torque essentially. Direct torque control, which emerged after the field-oriented control, directly stresses the instanta- neous torque control of induction machine, to avoid the rotor flux vector control difficult to accurate observation, the system features influenced by the motor parameters, so the actual effect is difficult to control the results of theoretical analysis. In the usual direct torque control system, flux error and torque error are directly used for switching state selection, but after using the fuzzy logic, by distinguishing the flux error and torque error of the size of the different decisions made to optimize the switch state choice, thus effectively improve the dynamic and static performance. The design of fuzzy controller is proposed and the simulation results show that the design is effective, fuzzy control technology for asynchronous motor direct torque control system can improve the system's static and dynamic performance and reduces the system's current and the torque pulsation.
