脾气虚型兔视网膜脱离自动复位后视网膜组织形态学观察

Observation on the Histomorphology of Reattached Retina in Spleen Qi Deficiency Rabbit Model

目的:研究脾气虚证对RD自动复位后视网膜组织形态学重建的影响。方法:将实验兔随机分为脾气虚型RD复位组(A组)、RD复位组(B组)及空白对照组(C组)。采用耗气破气加饥饱失常法建立脾气虚证模型,向视网膜下注射透明质酸钠手术建立RD自动复位模型,分别于术后10、20、30d取RD复位区域视网膜组织进行观察比较。结果:A组视网膜各层结构紊乱、细胞水肿变性,内外核层核固缩现象较B组严重且恢复缓慢,尤其以双极细胞层和节细胞层明显,至术后30d B组已接近正常,A组细胞水肿变性仍明显存在。结论:脾气虚证对RD复位后组织结构的恢复有严重的不良影响,可影响RD复位后视功能的提高。

Objective To study the affection of the pathological state of spleen-qi deficiency on the reconstruction of reattached retina by observing the histomorphology of reattached retina.Methods Twenty-eight pigment rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group and control groups.The spleen-qi deficiency models were induced by exhausting and breaking the spleen-qi with potent Chinese herbal drugs while starving and satisfying the rabbits abnormal.The RDs were produced by infusion of sodium hyaluronate between the neurosensory retina and the pigment epithelium.Observed the histomorphology of the reattached retinas at 10,20,30 postoperative days.Results There were some more serious pathologic changes and slower recoveries in different retinal layers of spleen-qi deficiency group,especially in bipolar cells’ layer and ganglion cells’layer.Conclusion The pathology of deficiency of spleen-qi syndrome aggravated the serious injury of the histomorphology of reattached retina,consequently badly infected visual function recovery.
