摘要
介绍了日本的低碳钢、高强钢和低温钢用的实心焊丝及药芯焊丝同国际标准(ISO)的接轨情况,它包括焊接材料的型号标记、拉伸强度等级、冲击试验温度和冲击吸收能量、对焊后热处理的要求、保护气体的种类、药芯焊丝的焊接位置及使用特性、焊丝或熔敷金属的化学成分及对扩散氢的要求等,并简要介绍了新的JIS和ISO之间仍存在的差异。
This paper introduces the situation of the convergence on Japanese standards(Specification for low carbon steel,high strength steel and low temperature steel for solid wires and flux-cored wires) to international standard(ISO) . It includes type mark of welding materials,tensile strength grade,temperature and value of impact toughness,requirement of post weld heat treatment,protection gas,welding positions and application characteristics of flux-cored wire,chemical composition of wire or deposit metal,requirement of diffusion hydrogen and so on. It also introduces the difference between new JIS and ISO.
