摘要
企业的营销策略有需求策略与竞争策略二柄,其中竞争策略是影响企业取得佳绩的关键。以《孙子兵法》所提示的"知彼知己"典范原则与"五事七计"的客观条件分析,结合SWOT分析模式,可以建立中国特色的竞争策略模式,从而解决企业的管理与营销问题。
Demanding strategy and competition strategy are the two marketing strategies of an enterprise,of which,competition strategy is the key to excellent enterprise achievement.Sino-Japanese competition model can be established by analyzing the principle of "know the enemy and know yourself" and the objective conditions of "five factors and seven plans" combining with SWOT analysis model.
