摘要
在对不同磨损状态的车刀工作时的振动信号进行频域和时域分析的基础上,对相应的判别函数进行了研究,从而得出一些有益的结论:时域分析的诊断函数较频域分析丰富,其中尤以时序模型参数_1,残差σ_a^2以及距离函数 D_E 和 D_A 等较好。
The investigations are made on several distinguishing func- tions,based on the analysis in frequency and time domain of vibration signal at different wear states of cutting tool in turning.Some useful results are obtained:the diagnostic functions in time domain are more plentiful than those in frequency domain,and in which the time series model parameter _1,residual variance σ_~2 and the distance functions D_E D_A are better.
