胱冬酶-9与缺血性脑血管病

摘要 胱冬酶(caspase)是一组执行细胞凋亡的主要酶类。近年来的研究表明,胱冬酶参与多种疾病的发生和发展,特别是在肿瘤和神经系统疾病中。其中,胱冬酶-9是该家族最重要的启动分子之一。文章综述了胱冬酶-9的结构特点、活化与调节以及对细胞凋亡的调控机制,并简述其与缺血性脑血管病的联系。 Caspases are a group of enzymes mainly for the execution of apoptosis. In recent years, studies have shown that caspases participate in the occurrence and development of many diseases, especially tumors and nervous system diseases. Of those, caspase-9 is one of the most important initiating molecules. This article reviews the structural characteristics, activation and regulation of caspase-9, its regulation mechanism of apoptosis, and briefly describes its relation with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
