本文介绍西南化工研究院研制的CNJ202低压甲醇催化剂在四川泸州天然气化工厂6000t/y低压法甲醇生产装置上使用情况。运行情况表明:CNJ202型催化剂能经受频繁负荷变动及开停车的考验,催化剂性能好,能满足生产需要,使其用寿命超过一年。CNJ202催化剂的使用成功为我国甲醇装置的技术改造以及新装置的建立提供了一种优良的新型催化剂。

The use of CNJ 202 low pressure methanol catalyst manufactured by the Southwest Research Institute of Chemical Industry in a 6000t/y low pressure methanol unit of Luzhou Natural Gas Chemical Plant, Sichuan is described in this paper. The performance has shown that the catalyst can withstand frequent changes in load, start-ups and shut-downs. The catalyst possesses good properties and can meet the requirements of production, Its use life may exceed one year. The success in use of CNJ 202 catalyst may provide a new type good catalyst for the technical innovation of methanol units in China and the establishment of new units.
