摘要
芳醛的合成方法有10余种,本课题采用常压,液相和改进了的Vilsmeier反应的方法合成茴香醛。对合成反应的工艺流程、工艺条件、影响产率的因素,副产物的生成及其对茴香醛质量的影响、络合物的形成以及反应历程等方面进行了探讨,对产品茴香醛和副产物进行了必要的分离和鉴定。产物产率达71.2%,超过了国外专利水平(70%)。
More than ten methods are available for synthesis of aromatic aldehyde. In the present study, the modified Vilsmeier reaction was used to synthesize anisaldehyde under atmospheric pressure and in the liquid phase. The process flow, process conditions, factors affecting the yield, formation of by-products and its effect on the quality of anisaldehyde, formation of complex and reaction route were investigated. The product anisaldehyde and the by-products were necessarily separated and identified. The product yield reached 71.2% and exceeded the level of the foreign pattents(70%).
