由2元液液互容度推算多元汽液平衡

摘要 由于NRTL方程适合于计算液液平衡和汽液平衡,可由测得的恒沸温度以下的2元液液平衡互溶度数据求取NRTL方程参数,然后用此参数推算多元部分互溶体系的汽液平衡。克服了2元部分互溶体系汽液平衡数据难以准确测定的困难,提供了一种由2元平衡数据推算多元汽液平衡关系的途径,以此对6种3元部分互溶体系汽液平衡关系进行的推算均达到了较满意的拟合精度。 Owing to the adaptation of NRTL equation to the calculations of both vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE)and liquid-liquid equilibrium (LLE), the NRTLparameters were found out from the binary LLE (i.e. solubility data) which can be accurately determined at temperatures below the azeotropic temperature. These parameters were then used in predicting the VLE of multicomponent immiscible system, hence overcoming the difficulties in exact measuring of VLE of the binary immiscible system and providing a method of predicting the multicomponent system's VLE from the binary equilibrium data only, The method was used for the VLE's reckoning of six ternary immiscible systems. A satisfactory coincidence was obtained.
