通过分析传统移民管理方式和移民工作特点,提出在3S集成环境下构建引汉济渭移民管理系统的思路。简单说明了3S集成和J2EE等关键技术,介绍了系统功能、框架设计和硬件平台,并对数据库连接和图标显示等做了详细的阐述。通过在移民管理中的实际应用效果,证明了该系统的有效性。

Through the analysis of the traditional migrant management mode and resettlement work characteristics,proposes the construction method of YinHanJiWei in 3S integration environment.Illustrates some key technologies such as 3S integration and J2EE,presents the function,frame design and hardware platform of the system,and expounds in detail of the database connection and icon display.Through the application results in migrant management proved that the system is effective.
